Mike Lightfoot founded Lightfoot Advisory in 2015 to help companies better connect to the global conversation taking place around them. Educated at Oxford and Princeton universities, Mike combines a down-to-earth Scouse sensibility with deep experience in tackling communications and ESG-related challenges at some of the world’s largest public and private-equity held companies. He was previously Head of Public Affairs at AkzoNobel and Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer at LeasePlan Corporation, a portfolio company of TDR Capital LLP.
